Mac版,iPad版 Microsoft Remote Desktop の接続設定でホスト名にWindowsマシン名を指定すると「Error Unable to connect to remote PC. Please provide the fully-qualified name or the IP address of the remote PC, and then try again.」というエラーが表示されることがあります。このときはホスト名の後ろに”.local”を付けると繋がるかもしれません（環境によりますが）。つまりWindowsマシン名が”TestPC”なら”TestPC.local”にするということです。それでもダメならIP Address直指定ですね。
